Assistant Site Manager - Northampton - up to £42,000

An Assistant Site Manager within the construction industry is actively sought to join a thriving residential developer in Northamptonshire that specialises in small, high end, niche housing. As an Assistant Site Manager you will work alongside a Site Manager helping to drive the bespoke residential project forward to completion.

• Assistant Site Manager on a two plot project consisting of £1m+ new build houses
• Assistant Site Manager responsible for overseeing the trades and sub-contractors on site
• Assistant Site Manager to help run the project working alongside a Site Manager ensuring build programme deadlines are achieved and within budget constraints 
• Assistant Site Manager you will need to have residential project experience
• You will need valid site certificates, including First Aid at Work
