Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, we're looking for an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our People, Performance and Culture team on a 14-month fixed-term contract, commencing in mid-October 2026.

This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with HR systems and employee data. Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee information while delivering responsive, customer-focused support to employees and leaders across the business. You'll also support the administration of employee benefits and remuneration processes. As part of a collaborative team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our people have a seamless experience throughout their employment journey.

About the Role

As our HRIS Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing employee transactions and maintaining employee records within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service delivery.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Processing employee transactions in SAP SuccessFactors, including appointments, employee movements, remuneration changes, leave-related updates, and terminations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring the integrity of HR data.
  • Managing position and vacancy administration within the HRIS.
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits and related processes.
  • Assisting with remuneration and benefits reporting, annual reviews, surveys, and other related activities.
  • Preparing employment-related documentation and employee correspondence.
  • Responding to employee, manager, and stakeholder enquiries regarding employee data, benefits, remuneration, and administration processes.
  • Conducting regular audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting payroll and other business functions by providing timely and accurate employee information.
  • Running reports and assisting with people data analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HRIS administration processes and system efficiencies.
  • Contributing to a positive employee experience through responsive, professional, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience in HRIS Administration, Employee Administration, HR Administration, Payroll Administration, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with employee administration processes in SAP SuccessFactors is a must, including processing employee transactions and maintaining employee records.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • An understanding of employment legislation and the importance of confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience producing reports and working with employee data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Circa $65k - $75k dependent on skills and experience.
