Job Description

Help shape how H3 Group shows up - from brand and communications through to business event marketing

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to lead marketing and communications for H3 on a 12-month maternity leave contract—supporting our corporate brand and delivering campaigns and content that drive engagement, enquiries and bookings.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across brand, communications and marketing. You’ll play a key role in shaping how H3 shows up — from business events and venue promotion through to broader communications and storytelling.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver marketing and communications for the H3 brand and Business Events
  • Develop campaigns, content and collateral across digital and traditional channels
  • Create clear, consistent messaging and storytelling aligned to H3's brand
  • Manage social, web and eDM activity, including the database
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to support enquiries, bookings and revenue
  • Use data and insights to monitor performance and improve results over time

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience across marketing, communications and brand
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Strong skills in content creation, campaigns and digital channels
  • Confident writing for a range of audiences and platforms
  • A collaborative approach and strong relationship skills
  • A commercial mindset and focus on outcomes
  • Experience in the events, business events or tourism industry is advantageous.

Circa $75-$85k dependent on skills and experience.
