Customer Service teams are the voice of the customer and the face of the community.  This opportunity will give you the tools to deliver excellent customer service and could lead into the many customer service career streams within Council.

Our Customer Service Delivery Representatives are the gatekeepers to Hamilton Pools. They are the smiling faces customers first see when they walk through the doors, they know a little about everything going on within our facilities and create memorable experiences, answer questions, take bookings and sell our services and products we have available.  

We have 1 full time position available with the work pattern of Tuesday 5.00am-1.30pm, Wednesday 11.00am-7.30pm, Thursday 12.00pm-8.30pm, Friday 10.30am-7.00pm, Saturday 7.30am-4.00pm.

  • Have a positive vibe that customers warm to and a natural ability to create a welcoming inclusive environment no matter the circumstances.  
  • Thrive in an upbeat, fast paced workplace, can handle cash and maintain accurate records on the go.  
  • Are always up for a laugh, have a calm approach and can confidently interact with people from all walks of life.  
  • If you are someone who prefers to work alone, want to focus on only one thing at a time or need an environment that’s predictable this role may not be for you. 
  • Have experience on computer systems such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word, although specific system training will be provided.

Circa $28.95 per hour dependent on skills and experience.
