Job Description

The Administrative & Data Entry Specialist is a key member of Hall's operational Support team, responsible for efficiently managing wages and ensuring the accuracy of data and processing inbound invoices. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including data entry, customer support, and general administrative functions such as payroll processing, invoicing, and other office duties. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring operational excellence.

This multifaceted role is ideal for a highly organised, efficient, and customer-oriented individual looking to contribute to and thrive in a dynamic team environment. The Administrative & Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the smooth running of the office.

This position is located at our Christchurch office, with a Monday to Friday schedule, totalling 45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Outlook and Excel.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, including payroll.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
