The Store Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities. They are responsible for organising the workflow and ensuring that the team understand their duties or delegated tasks. They are also expected to communicate effectively by directing and supporting the team. The Supervisors are responsible for their team and must they have the necessary training to complete any given task. Supervisors need to manage any additional resources that are required to complete daily tasks daily and work. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00PM to 10:30PM. 

• Previous experience in Supervisor roles
• Experience in use of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the use of a WMS
• Previous leadership experience with a team
• Effective organisation skills
• The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people at all levels, and externally
