A day care in Lambertville, NJ is on the search for a kind, compassionate, and purpose driven individual to provide daily care to infants/toddlers as well as hold interactive lessons for the children. The Lead Caregiver is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for their students. They will be assisting in educating students, potty training, changing diapers, feeding children, classroom activities, playtime, etc. A positive, energetic, and patient personality is needed to help guide the development of the students.

-Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for students.

-Develop lesson plans and educational activities.

-Lead play time activities that promote positive development.

-Changing of diapers, feeding, and potty training.

-Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and safe.

-Communicate with parents to achieve success of children.

-Attentive care, patience, and energetic personality.

-Leadership skills to hold attention of up to 10 children.

-Strong work ethic.

-Communication skills.
