Job Description

This rare full-time opportunity exists for an experienced Brand Manager, with a creative passion for brand building to join our Marketing team based in Marleston, Adelaide. The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading a portfolio of brands from the Haircare Stable.

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing & Retail Sales, the responsibilities of Brand Manager will include, but not limited to:  

  • Management of sponsorships, initiatives, and events 
  • Assisting in the writing and editing of sales and marketing materials 
  • Planning and executing new product & campaign launches
  • Collaborate across departments and with key external stakeholders to plan and execute through the line campaigns that achieve results within deadlines 
  • Maintain budget accuracy, including project budget forecasting, overall recommendations on balancing, and on-going tracking 
  • Develop & deliver key brand and marketing presentations
  • Develop editorial content for corporate publications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a similar role, with national or international responsibility
  • Well-developed knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and their application
  • Confident, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Skilled at analysing and preparing management reports on key initiatives
  • Experience with financial ROI and budget management 
  • Creative thinker with a high attention to detail
