An exciting opportunity exists for an Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join an industry leader in the hair and beauty industry within our digital team.

Working closely with the CRM Manager and Digital Designer, you will be a key part of our Digital team by coordinating all the outbound customer communications (both B2C and B2B) via email and SMS.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the CRM Manager to ensure email & SMS marketing campaigns are executed to a high standard.
• Liaise between internal brand teams, design and potentially even 3rd parties, trafficking the flow of campaign assets and ensuring the highest quality output of deliverables that drive performance for our brands.
• Work closely with the Digital Designer and Brand Managers to ensure email marketing imagery and design is on-brand.
• Assist in the planning of marketing calendars with brands, ensuring  historical campaign performance learnings are leveraged to get the most impact from all CRM activity.
• Writing and proof-reading email & SMS communications and landing pages
• Clearly briefing client requirements into resources such as designers and fellow consultants, in a way that ensures outcomes will be aligned with expectations, plus whole lot more.

It is essential you have:

• a minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing and/or ecommerce marketing in a ROI driven organisation; and
• a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with managing the scoping and delivery of digital work, including A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Process driven, organised, and can provide solutions in a confident manner.

Any certifications in CRM, email marketing or proficiency with email service providers is a bonus.
