An exciting opportunity exists for an Education Coordinator to join a reputable industry leader in the hair and beauty industry.

As our Education Coordinator, you will be accountable for the coordination and execution of In Studio and Virtual education for HCG technicians/educators and Brad Educators in each state across the region and the organisation of materials for Techs, studio and demonstrations in salon.

You will be a key member of the Sales and Education Support team and responsible for development and adherence to budgets, identifying new ways of working that streamline and enhance our education offering.

About you:

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with an attention to detail, and the ability to self-motivate and prioritise work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the business combined with strong customer service skills
• Is a fast learner with a calm and positive influence, and can hit the ground running
• A team player with an outgoing, confident and vibrant personality
• Is competent using the Microsoft Suite of programs
• Passion for the Hair industry is a must!

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Communications (desirable)
• Certificate in Event Management (desirable)
• Understanding of hair industry (desirable)
