About us and the role:

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Customer Service team supporting our customers in the hair and beauty industry from across Australia.

As our first point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for inbound and outbound customer interactions. Your previous experience in the hair and beauty industry combined with your positive and engaging personality, will support your ability to deliver a premium service experience.

You will manage daily interactions including but not limited to order taking and tracking, dispute resolution and lead generation. Comprehensive systems training will be offered to support you in delivering a "customer first" outcome.

About you:

• Strong experience with face to face/on-line customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability in building relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve outcomes
• Well-developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
• Self-motivated and driven; fast learner with a calm & positive influence
• Data Entry knowledge and experience
• Ability to use a computer including Microsoft office
• Hairdressing or beauty knowledge or experience is essential
• Previous experience with Pronto or Zendesk (desirable but not essential)
• Passion for the Hair and Beauty industry is a must!
