Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will identify new business opportunities to partner with, and maintain an established portfolio of customers to achieve growth targets of existing and new range offerings. You will be proactive in identify and range opportunities within your territory, continuously developing and building brand awareness. Supporting you to succeed in your role is a dedicated team locally and nationally.

About you:

  • Proven sales experience managing a large territory and working towards KPI’s with a great desire to grow accounts and develop new business
  • Proven selling, planning and preparation skills 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Takes accountability and is self-motivated and driven to achieve and succeed
  • Is a quick learner and can hit the ground running
  • Is a self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Is competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Suite of Programs
  • Hairdressing or Beauty knowledge or experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Passion for the Hair industry is a must!
