Job Description

Hagie Manufacturing seeks an IT Systems Analyst and Integrator in Clarion, IA.

Research, analyze, and document business requirements for developing or enhancing systems of moderate to high complexity and participate in the budgeting process. Work with business leaders to define Service Level Agreements (SLA) for proposed systems and to address performance issues. Research, analyze, and document the security impact and risk assessment of proposed system developments or enhancements. Continuously evaluate the security posture of existing systems and where necessary transition them to or above industry and/or vendor recommendations. Facilitate understanding of both the business and Information Technology (IT) to ensure business decisions meet the business requirements as well as facilitate business decision meetings to keep projects moving forward. Serve as a liaison between the business, Information Technology (IT), and vendors (where appropriate), as technological solutions are identified to satisfy business requirements. Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with the business and IT and serve as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced process or solution through various methods of communication to the organization. Participate in unit and integration testing or work closely with the testing team to ensure understanding of business and security requirements in order to ensure process/system is thoroughly tested. Support the business in developing and delivering end user training. Address end user process questions for processes that have been implemented, provide process/system break/fix support, and implement process/system enhancements moderate to high complexity.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field plus 4 years of experience. Requires 4 years of experience with implementation of major software programs which involve change in process. 4 years of infrastructure experience in the following components: private/public network, network access security, database and information access security, and computing hardware and operating systems. 4 years of experience working with the following platforms: Linux (Kali), Apache, Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1, 10, Mac-OS, Windows Server 2008, 2012, System Center Configuration Manager 2012, Active Directory, SQL Server 2008, 2012. 4 years of experience supporting manufacturing equipment (e.g. Hankwang or Bystronic lasers, Hexagon portable measuring arms, specifically ROMER). 3 years of experience working with Python, PHP, Structured Query Language (SQL), and PowerShell. 3 years of experience working with and supporting IQAN software (remotely and deskside). 3 years of experience supporting SmartSheet and SmartSheet automation. 3 years of experience working in a customer service or related customer-oriented environment.
