Responsibilities

• Map out the customer journey & customer marketing strategy
• On-boarding new customers, New forms, workflows
• E-mail marketing
• Building new forms, fields, queues and workflows for the customer journey
• Building relationships, test the best time to reach them
• Innovative offers to keep our customers loyal
• Development of the CRM system
• Work closely with wider marketing & digital team

Package

• Salary 28-35k depending on experience
