For the development of our BI-team and establishment of our BI-infrastructure we are currently looking for a (Senior) Business Intelligence Manager (m/w/d):

Your exciting responsibilities include:

• Design and set up a BI infrastructure from scratch and own all technical decisions regarding our BI architecture

• Partner with our Engineering team to enhance data infrastructure and data availability

• Build data models to transform raw data into business insights

• Develop and maintain company-wide reporting and business-intelligence systems

• Build dashboards and visualisations to report new insights, trends and recommendations to stakeholders across the company

• Interact broadly with data owners across departments (e.g. Sales, Finance, Procurement) and guide area-specific reporting frameworks and ad-hoc analysis

• Develop the analytical roadmap and guide the BI function to build the right processes and capabilities to enable insight-driven decisions.

• As we grow in size, take a lead in building, managing and coaching our growing BI team

Ideally, you bring: 

• Relevant experience as BI Manager / Data Analyst creating reports using Power BI, Tableau or a similar reporting tool

• Previous experience in the creation of BI systems while participating as a major stakeholder or owner in the process

• Proficient in SQL

• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (ideally BigQuery)

• Good communication skills to collaborate with different business stakeholders and communicate effectively complicated BI and analytical ideas in a simple way.

• First experience with orchestration tools, such as Airflow or Luigi, a plus

• Hands-on and startup mindset

• Fluent in English, German a plus
