Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines and timely placements
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various industries, including tech, finance, marketing, and product development
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Negotiate job offers and serve as a liaison between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and current information
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to clients on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators
  • Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies
  • Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote employer brands and source potential candidates
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience
  • Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and providing solutions to meet their staffing needs effectively

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of experience in tech, finance, marketing, or product recruiting, with a proven track record of successful placements
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing strategies and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Experience in conducting in-depth candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices
  • Proven negotiation skills for handling job offers and candidate expectations
  • Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters and providing guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing recruitment needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR technologies
