The Evergreen Center is a private non-profit organization that provides living and learning environments for children and adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities including autism, physical disabilities, neurobehavioral disorders, and other special needs. Evergreen Center is currently seeking Direct Care Staff to work a weekend double shift schedule. This position is 33.5 hours per week, including (2) consecutive double shifts on the weekend and one mandatory team meeting during the week. Additional shifts may be selected each week based on need and availability. 

The schedule is as follows:

Saturday/Sunday 7am-11pm; 1pm-2:30pm (team meeting day varies by location)

Positions will be responsible for the implementation of instructional activities and treatment programs in the classrooms, residences, and the surrounding community. Bilingual and bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

$2,000 incentive bonus

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check
