Job Description

Newly adjusted compensation package available – $85,000 - $95,000 - Priority placement opportunity

Beacon ABA Services is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the Springfield/Chicopee area who will be responsible for the ongoing supervision of home and school-based intensive services and direct treatment as a Regional Director.

The Regional Director will perform intake visits with potential clients, oversee the development of individual goals and objectives as well as the development of written guidelines for behavior interventions, teaching plans and programs. They will also manage a team of behavior technicians and have the opportunity conduct and present research at local and national conventions.

Towns served include Chicopee, Holyoke, Southampton and South Hadley.

Qualifications

  • PhD or Masters in ABA, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification
  • Current LABA in Massachusetts
  • Three (3) years of experience in applied setting developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
