Job Description

SOFTWARE SYSTEM COORDINATION:

  1. Troubleshoot, analyze, develop, and maintain software applications, procedures and other systems that satisfy the needs of the Users that the Team supports.
  2. Manages maintenance (for multiple applications) activities, user management, configuration management activities and releases on IT applications.
  3. Development and implement User Manuals, resources, tutorials, and in-services on various software applications utilized throughout the organization
  4. Analyzes and develops necessary corrective action or design work, including testing and documentation. Reviews, evaluates and implements requests from Users.
  5. Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends to support and advance client initiatives as well as departmental and corporate goals including but not limited to equipment, techniques, software, hardware and online resources.
  6. Collaborate with HSMC Marketing services and personnel         responsible for website maintenance, production and maintenance of client training, and communication materials, documents, and forms.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ADMINSTRATION:

  1. Manages all maintenance activities, user management, configuration management activities and releases on the learning management systems for all corporations.
  2. Responsible for coordinating and managing all work with clients and outside e-Learning consultants to develop appropriately unified course formats and packaging to provide seamless and user-friendly online learning
  3. Assist the Training Coordinators at client corporations in managing various training launch programs and associated training collateral.
  4. Maintain online database for Continuing Education training/course records for required periods of time.
  5. Provide continuous Maintenance of the Training On Demand Content Library.
  6. Review and file client corporations training plans, reports, and evaluation, as well as any other training communication/documentation.
  7. Control access to all Training On Demand related resources, including but not limited to maintaining hardware and software inventories and making them available to appropriate individuals.
  8. Provide technical and implementation support for the learning management system, online training activities, and client websites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Services, or related field required. 

Three (3) years of related work experience required. Experience working as an administrator in the Microsoft 365 environment required with SharePoint experience preferred. Additional experience working with systems management or e-learning and web-based training development and SCORM principles also preferred.
