Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) is currently seeking a Continuous Quality Assurance Manager. 

The Quality Assurance (QA) department ensures client companies, working in the field of Human Services, maintain compliance with both internal and external funding source regulations on an ongoing basis. 

The Manager will be responsible for conducting and coordinating quality assurance audits and reviewing the audits completed by the Coordinator(s). They will prepare and present written and oral reports and analysis to the President and other executives and propose, design and implement strategies to audit achievement of processes, procedures and projects relating to quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Manager will also be responsible for revising and producing policy manuals, procedural documents and similar materials sufficient to inform HSMC and our clients of adopted policies and procedures and monitor for consistency with the Document Center and will assist the AVP of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance with providing technical support and coordination in preparation of proposals and licensing.    

• Bachelor's Degree required
• A minimum of three (3) years management experience in a human services environment
• Must have high attention to detail, be extremely organized and able to multi-task
• Must have strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license as position will require travel
