Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) provides shared business and consulting services to both non-profit and proprietary human services agencies. These services include accounting, payroll, third party billing and collections, human resources, online and live Continuing Education, marketing, facility development and quality assurance programs.

HSMC is currently seeking a full time IT Support Assistant!  

Responsibilities:

• Perform desktop support for local and remote users
• Installs and maintains desktop PCs, notebooks, laptops, printers and scanners
• Computer repair and clean up
• Installs software upgrades
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Installs software upgrades
• Serves as back up to IT Support Specialist
• Position requires travel to client locations as needed

Pay rate is $17-$20/hour commensurate with education and experience.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have IT experience and familiarity with computer hardware and software installation, function and maintenance
• Must have valid drivers license and personal vehicle, position requires travel 
• Must have high attention to detail
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills
