Job Description

HSMC is currently seeking an IT Support Assistant who will report to the Director of IT. 


  • Perform desktop support for local and remote users
  • Installs and maintains desktop PCs, notebooks, laptops, printers and scanners
  • Computer repair and clean up
  • Installs software upgrades
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Installs software upgrades
  • Serves as back up to IT Support Specialist
  • Will require travel to Connecticut at least once a week


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have familiarity with computer hardware and software installation, function and maintenance
  • Must have valid drivers license and personal vehicle, position requires travel 
  • Must have high attention to detail
