I have a new client near Research Triangle Park, NC hiring a permanent recruiter to their team.
They are looking for an experienced full life-cycle recruiter who can build strong relationships with their internal client groups. A key trait will be someone who is polished and can partner with Senior level executives.
- experience recruiting in pharma, biotech, CRO and/or life science (at least 4 years)
- a bonus would be someone who has done executive hiring
- Experience dealing with a high volume of reqs
