Job Description

Carrying out effective and efficient BDC Marketing and Sales for the organization ensuring the increase of the organization’s market share and hence the bottom-line.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Must be up to date on established conversion rates and CBN new guidelines and communicates to company’s customers accordingly.
  • You will be driven to be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the business
  • Attending meetings with other team members, involved in negotiating and opening trade accounts with corporate clients
  • Responsible for generating and conducting face to face meetings with prospective clients
  • Potential opportunity to grow out a team and assume managerial responsibilities if the desk revenue increases sufficiently
  • Ensuring you are up to date with necessary compliance regulations
  • Drive the new Business for Forex products directly by actively managing the sales process i.e. lead generation, Scheduling meetings, explaining the product, negotiation and closing.
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with clients for future Forex needs.
  • Develop overall BD strategic action plans to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Manage existing relationships to achieve 100% retention along with cross sell.
  • Will be responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets.
  • Will have to drive a profitable P&L with a sustained growth rate and increase in market share.

Key Capabilities:

  • Must be experienced working in a senior sales role with high value clients
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Track record of providing excellent customer service in the process and driving customer advocacy and referrals
  • Strong compliance awareness and understanding

Qualifications

Qualification & Experience

 

  • First Degree from a reputable University
  • At least 3 years work experience in BDC operations and sales.
