Mum 2 Mum is a proudly New Zealand-owned company that designs and supplies quality products used by families, childcare centres, and healthcare providers throughout New Zealand and around the world.

This is a varied role with responsibilities across dispatch, stock control, and office administration.

You'll be responsible for:

• Picking, packing, checking, and dispatching customer orders
• Coordinating courier collections and ensuring orders are sent on time
• Maintaining stock levels, processing incoming goods, and assisting with stock control
• Ordering packaging and dispatch supplies
• Entering invoices, data entry, and general office administration
• Answering customer phone calls and directing enquiries
• Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team where required

We're looking for someone who is:

• Organised, reliable, and enjoys a busy, hands-on role
• Happy working in a warehouse environment and comfortable being on your feet for much of the day
• Accurate with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to pitch in wherever needed and take pride in getting the job done

Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing, administration, or accounts would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
