We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and bring the Harcourts brand to life locally. This is a pivotal role where you will shape strategy and drive execution through high-impact digital marketing, content, and campaign delivery—ensuring campaigns cut through in a highly competitive market.

About the Role
Working closely with the Director, you’ll shape how Harcourts is experienced across digital channels and drive measurable engagement, visibility, and connection with clients and communities.
You’ll oversee end-to-end marketing delivery across digital, print, social, campaigns, and events, while leading a talented team and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance. Digital capability sits at the core of this role, with a strong focus on data-led decision making, platform optimisation, and high-performing online campaigns.
This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution. You’ll balance brand stewardship with commercial impact—driving lead generation, strengthening agent presence, and enhancing client engagement across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Proven success in developing and executing high-performing digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth, lead generation, audience engagement, and measurable commercial results
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, platform growth, and digital brand storytelling across all channels
- Experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns, with the ability to use analytics, insights, and performance data to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or marketing leadership role (real estate or property experience advantageous)
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on results, ROI, customer engagement, and market impact
- Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a creative, fast-moving team
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence operating in a brand-led, performance-driven environment
