An exciting opportunity has opened with Timpack for a high-performing Branch Manager to take full ownership of their Christchurch operations.  Timpack is one of New Zealand’s leading timber and packaging specialists, known for quality, innovation, and a “can-do” attitude.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive branch performance, build strong customer relationships, and lead a capable team to deliver outstanding results.

In this role, you’ll take the reins of the Christchurch branch, leading operations, people, and performance to deliver exceptional results for Timpack’s customers and team.  Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all branch operations with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and quality
• Building and maintaining key customer relationships while growing market share
• Driving production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 15
• Owning budgets, reporting, and financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
