Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and adaptable person to join our team as the Academic Database Administrator. This role offers an interesting variety of responsibilities, including the efficient management of FACTs (Student Management System), NZQA registration and timetabling responsibilities. Other important requirements of this role include involvement with school reports, assisting with data entry, data integrity as well as other academic administration as required, including subject learning conferences and prizegiving.

This position is term-time only. Hours required are approximately 32-40 per week.  We require flexibility to cover the fluctuating needs and hours necessary to meet the needs of the role. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be analytical and have a high level of attention to detail. Well-developed administrative and computer skills, with the proven ability to accurately process data also essential.  Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable. 

Additional Information

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and satisfactorily pass New Zealand Police vetting.
