We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to:

• Prepare and cook exceptional meals for students, staff, and external catering events
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, stock management, and high food safety standards
• Set up and manage dining service with attention to detail and excellence

• Previous experience in a similar chef or senior kitchen role
• Proven ability to work in a team and deliver consistently high-quality food
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and organised approach with an eye for detail
• Relevant chef qualifications highly desirable
