About the position

We are down-to-earth, hard-working crew delivering quality road maintenance and civil construction across Waitomo, Ruapehu, and Ōtorohanga.

As our STMS, you will be front and centre:

• Supervising and directing traffic management crews
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Maintaining clear communication with site teams, contractors, and RCA’s

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Strong knowledge of traffic management regulations and best practice
• Current STMS certification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing sites and schedules
