We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, ensuring top-quality output while driving continuous improvement.

This is more than just managing production—it’s about inspiring your team, building accountability, and fostering growth. Your leadership, mechanical know-how, and understanding of automation will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a production team.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot machinery and automation equipment.
• Make timely decisions to keep operations efficient.
• Manage workloads, absenteeism, and shift coverage.
• Use data and reports to drive productivity and reduce waste.

You’ll bring at least five years’ manufacturing experience and proven leadership skills. You’re mechanically minded, tech-savvy, and not afraid of hands-on work.  You’ll also have:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, action-oriented approach.
• Clear communication and accountability in leadership.
• Financial awareness to manage costs and productivity.
• The ability to train, mentor, and develop others.
