We’re looking for a Junior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction who is eager to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.  In this role, you’ll:

• Assist with preparing pricing schedules, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation
• Help review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
• Support site visits and measurements to ensure estimates are accurate
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information
• Learn how to capture and track project variations and support QA documentation
• Collaborate closely with our design, sales, and project management teams to deliver great project outcomes

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, curious, and ready to grow. You’ll bring:

• A qualification or background in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Construction Management
• Around 1–3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Confidence working with numbers, Excel, and general computer systems
• Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and learn
• A proactive attitude and an interest in developing technical and commercial skills
