Job Description

As Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of planning and executing high-impact projects that drive efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth. From implementing HR systems and process improvements to offshoring operational functions, this role is pivotal to scaling the business effectively.

Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure successful project outcomes—on time, within budget, and to a high standard.  Specifically your role will include:

  • Leading strategic projects across system implementations, process centralisation, and offshoring
  • Developing detailed project plans, scopes, and business cases
  • Collaborating with teams to identify requirements, key deliverables, and success metrics
  • Managing stakeholder communications and alignment across all levels
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Driving continuous improvement and system optimisation
  • Supporting strategic planning and contributing to long-term business success

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ project management experience, ideally within a technical service, operations or IT background
  • Strong organisational, planning, process mapping, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and business systems knowledge
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred)
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
