We’re seeking an experienced Change and Organisational Effectiveness Lead for an 18-month fixed-term opportunity. This pivotal role will shape how people experience change and growth — creating lasting, positive impacts across the organisation.

Job Description

You’ll lead the development and implementation of effective, sustainable change practices, working alongside leaders and teams to build capability, improve processes, and champion organisational effectiveness.  The focus is on empowering people, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering a connected, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven expertise in change leadership, organisational effectiveness, and employee experience. Strong relationship-building skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance strategy with practical delivery are essential.  Experience in values-based or culturally grounded change approaches will be highly valued.
