MIMICO is a New Zealand owned family business established in 1989 as an indent parts supplier based in Matamata, and is the New Zealand distributor for a wide range of quality, world class modern heavy machinery. MIMICO sells, hires and services heavy machinery for the quarrying, mining, contracting, construction, recycling and forestry industries.

As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and servicing crushing and screening equipment. Your time will be split between site servicing and workshop-based tasks, ensuring every machine operates at peak performance.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience in mechanical or heavy equipment industries.
• An Engineering/Mechanical trade qualification.
• Knowledge of screening and crushing equipment (preferred).
• Proficient computer skills to manage service documentation.
• A strong focus on health and safety—no compromises.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, stay calm, focused, and self-motivated under pressure.
