Job Description

Our client First Credit Union have a great opportuniyt for a Virtual Member Solutions Consultant to join their team. You will play a key role in ensuring that member inquiries recieved via phone and online relating to members accounts, loans, and various financial products are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Hours of work are rostered between 7am to 7pm Monday to Sunday. In addition, you will actively promote First Credit Union's products and services and be actively involved in community initiatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • A minimum Level 2 NCEA (or equivalent) education.
  • Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, both written and oral.
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
