Job Description

Soudal New Zealand are looking for an outstanding, hands-on leader, to ensure their warehouse is operating ‘best practice’, with health and safety at the forefront of everything they do.   Reporting to the GM of Finance & Operations you will lead from the front, being visible and hands on with the team whilst focussing on continuous improvement, efficiencies, and best practice operations. 

Based in our brand-new, purpose-built facility that sets the standard for operational excellence, you will manage a team of 15, supporting warehouse team leaders in the day-to-day operations of their respective departments.

Qualifications

Your proven leadership experience, ideally in a warehouse environment sets you up for success in this role. Your ability to bring people together, seek out continuous improvement and cultivate a great culture within the Warehouse function is critical.

Your expert knowledge will be instrumental in optimising and elevating every aspect of our warehouse operations.   To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following: -

  • A passion for working with a diverse team and getting the most out of each team member
  • A desire to get hands-on to ensure team success
  • Belief in the growth aspirations of Soudal and values that align
  • Communication that supports team coordination across the NZ business
