PTS have a great opportunity for an Onsite Support Engineer where you will be immersed in an exciting and diverse role, providing quality ICT support utilising enterprise-level technology. You will be working directly at the premises of one of New Zealand's largest food producers, a company employing over 200 staff across multiple sites in Auckland and Christchurch.

Key accountabilities:

• Maintenance of diverse systems and services at the customer's premises
• Local desktop, network, and server support
• Collaboration with onsite support staff, and our IT professionals based in Hamilton

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Desire to document processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft and HP product implementation and management
• Understanding of network technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, and Ruckus products
• Proven ability to drive technical initiatives and projects
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Excellent personality and desk-side manner
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
