Job Description

About the position: 

The Workshop Service Manager is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service team, comprising both workshop and field service technicians. You'll be the expert in business development, showcasing the capability of the service department far and wide. In addition, you will be responsible for WIP management; invoicing and ensuring that health and safety is paramount. 

By nurturing and empowering our Service Technicians to deliver nothing short of excellence you will play a key role in driving the company’s success. And let's not forget the administrative duties—ensuring smooth sailing in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Commercial workshop environments 
  • Heavy Equipment Operations 
  • Mechanical, hydraulics, and electrical systems 
  • Team Leadership 
  • Communication and relationship-building
