Job Description

Timpack are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their Hamilton based team. This is a stand-alone position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the profitability of sales activities. You will be a member of the branch management team and national sales team, and contribute to the sales and business development strategies for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new customers and business opportunities to optimise sales and the utilisation of existing facilities
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with current and potential customers through regular visits and proactive communication
  • Actively seek feedback and take appropriate actions to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Prepare quotes for customers in accordance with company requirements
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth, along with:

  • A tertiary qualification in a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or account management role, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment
