As the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead one of the largest baking manufacturing sites in  NZ, guiding them on a journey of continuous improvement and success. You'll be at the forefront of continuous improvement and will hold the reins of accountability for driving safety, quality, cost optimisation, and people development within the plants.

You will be the guiding force for the Production Managers, ensuring they reach their full potential and beyond.
