Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions leader to create, shape and deliver the application roadmap for current and future applications supporting the wider company strategic vision.   

Leading a Business Solutions team, you will ensure Tatua are meeting current and future expectations across their business applications providing leadership, solution architecture, and applications advice to the broader ICT teams and business. 

You will be responsible for partnering with the stakeholders across the business to successfully deliver robust solutions while ensuring current production applications are being well maintained.  Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage an expanding application portfolio and while delivering new or improvement projects to budget and agreed timeframes;
  • Manage the capital and expense budgets related to ICT applications, ensuring we are continually investing in our applications to keep them within their current lifecycle and support periods.
  • Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement within our business
  • Lead the utilisation of modern collaboration tools across the business

Qualifications

You’re an experienced IT Systems & Applications Manager with solid hands-on experience in the manufacturing or FMCG field which includes ERP or similar software implementation and end-user support.  A natural leader you foster a culture of autonomy, you know how to bring a team together and have an innate ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams building collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.   Other key requirements will include:

  • Ideally prior experience within a similar FMCG, manufacturing or production environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or ICT and a passion for innovation and industry trends along with solid experience with utilising modern collaboration tools, i.e., M365 applications;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of the SDLC is an advantage.
