Company Description
Our clinet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Circularity Director to join our growing team in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Recycling Industry, with a focus on delivering innovative Circular Solutions. This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate must be based in or around Castle Rock, CO. The role will require occasional travel for meetings with clients, stakeholders, and management.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for helping clients identify and achieve their economic and sustainability goals by deeply understanding their needs and presenting the RGX models to support their objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, client engagement, and achieving revenue milestones. You will play a critical role in fostering client relationships, designing value-driven strategies, and expanding the company’s footprint in the industry.
You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive tailored solutions, manage the project pipeline, and support the long-term growth of both the company and its clients. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and financial modeling expertise to enable clients to transition to more sustainable practices while meeting their business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Sales Growth: Grow the book of business by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and that services meet client expectations. Share market insights and feedback to help refine service offerings.
- CRM & Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking for all active leads.
- Industry Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and market developments in ITAD, recycling, and sustainability, including compliance standards, circular economy models, and material lifecycle management.
- Travel: Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend trade shows, or collaborate with team members and key stakeholders in person.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) and/or Recycling Industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM management tools.
- Knowledge of the ITAD industry, including material recycling, compliance regulations, sustainability practices, and circular economy trends.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strong in-person communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Capable of engaging clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales closure.

- Base Salary + Commission (Based on sales performance)
