Job Description
We are looking for a strategic marketer and expert writer who is excited to roll up their sleeves and implement, test and iterate on their demand generation and content strategy, working directly with sales to drive results.

You will be responsible for driving revenue through marketing campaigns, content strategy and hands-on sales enablement. This is a highly visible role that interacts with all parts of the organization and is an integral part of HR Acuity’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive qualified leads through creative content and demand generation:
- Design and implement multi-channel targeted (ABM and beyond) marketing campaigns from strategy through execution (including events, email, digital, nurtures, etc).
- Write, edit and manage content (e.g., blog posts, thought leadership content, ebooks, bylines, webinars, etc.), using your knowledge of SaaS technology, HR/employee relations, SEO and storytelling expertise.
- Partner with the sales team to create pipeline and book revenue:
- Create value-based messaging, materials (e.g., pitch decks, sales collateral, proposals, ROI tools, product materials, etc.) and targeted campaigns, based on market/client/sales insights.
- Write marketing responses as part of the RFP process.
- Research competitors and create sales tools (e.g., battlecards).
- Use data to make key strategy decisions and cultivate a data-driven culture:
- Create program metrics and outcomes.
- Partner with marketing operations to track campaign effectiveness.
- Determine what types of leads are more likely to convert into customers through revenue and conversion analysis.
- Launch products and manage cross-functional marketing content programs with client services as required.
- Serve as an engaged and active member of the marketing team and cross-functionally to sales, product and product.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing.
- 5+ years experience working directly with a B2B field sales team, with a focus on sales enablement.
- Superior written communications skills and strong visual design aesthetic. Writing samples will be required.
- Ability to structure and manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Experience driving leads through multi-channel marketing and direct interaction with sales.
- Content marketing and demand generation experience required.
- SaaS experience required and HR Tech/HR industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software, ideally Hubspot.
- BA or BS in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Intellectual curiosity and outcome-oriented self-starter mentality.
- Energy, creativity, and resilience.
- Ability to wear many hats and partner with many teams.
Additional Information
This position is remote until the end of 2020. After that, it will be reporting to our office in Florham Park, NJ, which may include some partial remote days.
