Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the success of the sales team by providing technical knowledge during the sales process

▪ Develop trust and credibility by helping clients solve their business problems ▪ Meet with clients prior to product delivery and help establish and clarify their specific business needs and technical requirements

▪ Ensure customer questions and concerns regarding Infodata’s products and solutions are addressed and help them make the most informed buying decision possible.

▪ Collaborate with the technical team to define, design, and detail the aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions

▪ Work with the technical team and ensure delivery of effective Proof of Concept (POC) to prospective customers

▪ Demonstrate technical knowledge of Infodata’s various product options to potential customers and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale professionally. ▪ Continuously expand knowledge of the company’s product lines

▪ Accurately communicate all technical specifications to potential customers

▪ Offer related products and services to new customers

▪ Participate in system acceptance testing and change management process.

▪ Coach clients on how to use the products or solutions that have been deployed

▪ Collaborate with the sales team, technical teams and senior management to develop successful product sales technique

Qualifications

4+ years of product sales experience

▪ Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or another similar field.

▪ Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels

▪ Technical knowledge of IT solutions

▪ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

▪ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

▪ Ability to break down technical jargon into understandable terms

▪ Excellent listening and presentation skills ▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude ▪ Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
