What you'll do:

  • Identify potential clients and cold call for opportunities.
  • Partner with the sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective customers.
  • Meet with new prospects and present our offering.
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers.
  • Service our existing customer relationships.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Build solid working relationships with our retail and online teams.
  • Participate in sales forecasting.
  • Support the wider team with the organisation of events and expos.
  • Provide weekly reports of sales stats and implementation of new business signed on.

Qualifications


Must haves:

  • A Matric certificate is essential.
  • At least 4 years experience in B2B sales in the IT industry.
  • Expert on all MS Office applications.
  • A valid drivers licence and own transport.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with server equipment and large format printing machines an advantage.  
  • Background as an IT technician would be advantageous.
