Job Description

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Prepare all tax payments for state and local taxes

  • Assist to resolve tax notices and issues of all subsidiaries in 14 states

  • Prepare tax team projects and tax research

  • Prepare month-end reconciliations relating to sales and use tax accounts

  • File all subsidiaries' monthly sales and use tax returns in 14 states

  • File all subsidiaries' monthly or quarterly local tax returns (Property Tax / Meals Tax / Bag Tax / Other Taxes)

  • Assist to prepare quarterly and annually tax forecast, budget, and cash flow for H Mart companies group

  • Assist to prepare quarterly and annually estimated corporation tax payments

 

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Bilingual (Korean and English) is required
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred 
  • Experience in the related field is preferred
