WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Studio Host, you will be the heart of the studio environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. You’ll create a welcoming experience for teams, visitors, and external collaborators while coordinating studio operations and maintaining an organised, functional workspace. 

You will: 

• Plan, organise, and maintain daily studio schedules, ensuring activities run efficiently and according to plan. 

• Provide exceptional service and support to team members, external collaborators, and visitors throughout their studio experience. 

• Coordinate meals and catering for internal and external teams, including ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen stock levels, and ensuring food, kitchen areas, and shared spaces are handled in line with hygiene requirements and kept clean and welcoming. 

• Organise and oversee laundry care, ensuring the laundry room is well-maintained, fully stocked, and operates efficiently. 

• Support the upkeep of studio facilities through organisation, coordination, and minor maintenance tasks to create a positive and productive working environment. 

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve studio operations, service, and the overall workplace experience. 

• You will also support our internal teams by arranging and preparing breakfast, refreshments, and catering for smaller events on occasion. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

You’ll collaborate closely with studio teams, production teams, external suppliers, and visitors. Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll support a wide range of stakeholders and play an important role in creating a seamless and welcoming studio environment.

• Experience coordinating day-to-day studio operations, logistics, scheduling, or workplace services. 

• A strong service mindset with excellent organisational, hospitality, and communication skills. 

• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and problem-solving are essential. 

• Experience with food, catering, hospitality, or food handling is considered a strong advantage, together with an understanding of hygiene requirements and an eye for presentation, quality, and detail.
