Job Description

As a Paid Media Specialist at & Other Stories, you will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of paid digital media channels across key European markets. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, you will optimize media investments, deliver business results, and contribute to the development of effective media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive the performance and growth of Paid Social and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) channels globally. 
  • Plan, optimize, and monitor media budgets to maximize return on investment and achieve business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with media agency partners to execute, analyze, and continuously improve campaigns. 
  • Use data, insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Support the implementation of global media strategies while adapting activities to local market needs. 
  • Stay informed about digital media trends, technologies, and platforms to identify new growth opportunities. 

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the E-commerce team, reporting to Head of E-commerce. You will collaborate closely with E-commerce teams, Brand & Marketing Leads, Analytics, Tech teams, external media agencies, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns deliver both commercial and brand-building results. 

QUALIFICATION

  • Experience working within paid digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Social and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). 
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related digital marketing tools. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Experience managing media budgets, performance reporting, and campaign optimization. 
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including external agencies and cross-functional teams. 
  • Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal

This is a permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Kungsholmen.

In this role, you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, four days per week of office presence is required to foster collaboration and teamwork.
