Job Description
As a Fit & Size Manager, you lead and inspire a team of experienced Technical Fit Designers, driving the Fit & Size agenda across Kidswear in line with the business direction and customer needs. In close collaboration with cross-functional partners and suppliers, you enable the delivery of products that combine great fit, commercial success, and operational efficiency. Through your leadership, you continuously develop and elevate the Fit & Size function, strengthening its impact on both customer experience and business performance.

Your most important responsibilities include: 

• Setting and driving the Fit & Size strategy in alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
• Leading and developing a team of Technical Fit Designers to deliver strong results and continuous growth.
• Analyzing customer insights, sales performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to embed Fit & Size priorities into assortment planning and product development.
• Driving efficient and effective ways of working in close partnership with Production and suppliers.
• Leading the continuous development of the Fit & Size function, strengthening its impact on customer value, quality, and business performance.

Qualifications

As a successful Fit & Size Manager, you combine a strategic mindset with operational excellence. You inspire and empower your team, fostering a collaborative and ambitious culture. 

We believe the ideal candidate has: 

• Proven track record in successfully leading a team 

• Ability to set strategic direction and translate it into execution 

• Clear understanding of the end-to-end product flow and business context 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions 
• Strong understanding of technical product development

• At least 5+ years’ experience in fit, size and pattern development

The Fit & Size Manager is a permanent full time leadership role with staff responsibility reporting to the Change Manager at Kidswear. The role is based in our Head Office in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Kidswear fit & size at H&M, driving customer value and business growth through your expertise and leadership.
